SHIPPING POLICY

At this stage we offer Felt Inspired products for sale within New Zealand only.

We ship your order with a tracked NZ Post service. We hand-make to order and aim to get your order out as soon as possible within 10 days. Please note rural delivery will add an extra 1-3 days onto standard delivery times.

If you have any special instructions for your courier, enter your tracking number on the NZ Post website and follow the instructions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of purchase. We will exchange the product or refund the purchase price given the item is in resalable condition and is unused and unsoiled. Shipping costs with not be refunded.

To return;
Firstly, email us at artbeat.email@xtra.co.nz and let us know the details of why you want to return the product. Then send back the item in original condition. We will then either exchange or refund once your returned item has arrived.
