Firstly, email us at artbeat.email@xtra.co.nz and let us know the details of why you want to return the product. Then send back the item in original condition. We will then either exchange or refund once your returned item has arrived.

We ship your order with a tracked NZ Post service for standard parcels. Felt Inpired products are hand made to order and we aim to get your order out as soon as possible so you should expect your parcel within 10 days of an order. If you have any special instructions for your courier, enter your tracking number on the NZ Post website and follow the instructions.
